The Detroit Princess means so much to us. My husband and I got engaged on the boat in 2011. The atmosphere is so much fun and the food is out of this world. It was so fun going back this year and experiencing it again. We love it a lot. We had a beautiful day and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The service was amazing too. The bartender was so kind and we loved her. It was such a fun experience and we were incredibly happy with our time on the boat.

Awesome! I was very happy with my Detroit Princess experience! The buffet was ready as soon as we got onboard, the food choices were pretty good and the food tasted great. Full bar service was also available. The cruise and the ship itself were much nicer than I thought it would be. The time went very quickly and I was sad to leave when we returned to Hart Plaza. I think my favorite thing was the live music, the group sang old school hits and the Motown songs were incredible!!!

We had a fantastic evening aboard the Detroit Princess Riverboat for the Moonlight Dinner Cruise celebrating the 100 year anniversary with Schram Auto and Truck Parts. Inc. The food and the crew were absolutely amazing. The riverboat is well maintained, and the views from the deck are just spectacular. Highly recommend!

Parking was crazy to navigate. The SP+ parking is expensive...even after the $5 coupon. GOOD: *Very large boat with multiple levels allowing for lots of people to enjoyably social distance. * Very friendly staff. *Singers were great. *Ride is like gliding on the water,Very smooth. * Scenic ride along the Detroit Windsor area. * Drinks were tasty. *Clean ship overall. BAD: *Food was atrocious. The chicken was gross.Very bland and needs some flavour . *The pasta was cold and the veggies were soggy. The potential for a good dinner is almost there. The green salad was okay but that doesn't make a meal. *Chicken looked boiled, not baked. *Drinks are expensive. Overall: Eat before you go on the cruise. SP+ parking is opposite the police station. Boarding early means more to pay on parking. Very much worth the ride and experience. Recommended.✨️

Great 2.5hr lunch time boat tour - ship flows to the end of Belle Isle, turns around and navigates to the Ambassador Bridge, turns around again and finally docks at the Riverfront where it started - Lunch bar included vegetarian options - Live music - bathrooms are clean - service is friendly - they sat us at a table for 2, but they have tables for medium and large groups - Loved the experience
